How to Stage a Home to Sell FAST
1. Remove clutter, avoid busy backsplashes, and try and get the most natural light as possible.
2. Removing a TV can make a big difference if it's clunky, and taking up a lot of space.
3. remove personal items such as framed photos, electronics, items with names on them, etc.
4. Loud colors can be distracting and are risky when it comes to meeting the general taste of people viewing your home. Opt for mutual tones that are widely acceptable.
5. Most people viewing a home mark air fresheners and artificial scents as a red flag because it means you're trying to mask an odor. As an alternative, try opening windows to let fresh air in and getting the carpets professionally cleaned.
