Please do a video on quality green tea. I read an article about a research company who tested all the popular brands for green and black teas and all of them had high levels of lead. Chamomile, Mint, and Dandelion tea were the safest to drink on a daily basis.

• 1 cup of Green Tea
• 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
• Good Squeeze of Lemon Juice
• 1/4 Teaspoon of Ginger Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Raw Honey (Monk Fruit / Stevia)
• Heat 1 Cup of Water and Steep Green Tea
• Add the Rest of Ingredients into Cup of Green Tea

Enjoy first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This will boost immunity.

I do all of them except green tea. I sometime mixed water, apple cider and add some garlic to it sometimes and I make ginger root tea or sometimes just cut a slice of ginger root and eat it raw. Lemon water is another thing I do and sometimes add honey to it.
