The question I have is that sexual activity of children (by themselves) is already high, not only in Japan but also other countries like America, wouldn't this law place a greater value on such services and thus make it more enticing for children that want to earn money or more money get deeper in the sex industry? Or worse encourage more dangerous players to solicited children into that industry just because of it's higher value now?
