hate when they make a really good knife blade, make it rust proof and then use hardware that's not, shit pisses me off to no end.

People like Alex makes me sick and are one of the type of people I hate. Like at least give them a quick call and tell them that you changed your mind of not picking it up anymore instead of leaving them clueless of why you never came. Unbelievable. That's just being lazy and unprofessional.

I still have the knife they sent me, I carry it everyday.

I want to get my sister the Dragonfly but I'm super disappointed that it seems to be one of the only knives they make that doesn't have the little spider on the blade. Instead they put ugly H1, crooked..

My favorite folding knife of all time is the Spyderco Pac Salt 2. I use mine more for an eating utensil and I can put it in the washing machine with the dishes too dont even have to oil it at all. I take this knife paired with a very large Kukuri blade and both can handle just about any job possible camping.

Tell me more about how easily the H1 scratches... any home polishing techniques?

Atlantic Salt serrated sheep's foot has been my dive knife for a few years now. It gets soaked in tap water with the rest of my gear post dives. Zero rust. Easy to open with 3mm gloves, good for cutting tangled fishing lines and nets. Curious about the LN200 but no reason to buy one yet.

I'm surprised Peter McKinnon has never interviewed this guy or done something really cool on a collab.... @petermckinnon

i am sorry but this is bull shit. you buried the knives in the beginning. you marked it via gps which is good but finding these buried with no metal detector within a 6 foor radius would have taken you much longer to find the blades. sorry boys i wasnt born yesterday, i call b.s.

You should dip them, let them dry, and re dip everyday for a week instead. Oxidation can’t occur properly underwater due to (of course) the low oxygen.

Just bought one and returned it because the circle to open the knife was sharp and hurt, and the knife would not open easy. Bought a Dragon Fly salt. Hole to open is not comfortable. Last spyderco I will buy.

My EDC is a Delica Salt H1. Great knife. Nice to know it holds up to that GSL stuff!

I live on the coast in North Carolina and it is perpetually humid year-round. Got me a Spyderco salt 2 in Black because I actually like sharpening blades and I wanted something that I could stick in my pocket for a few years or leave it in my car and and forget about it for years and get back in there later on and still have it work flawlessly.
