Can we not pronounce insulate this way please?
ОтветитьAmazing australians are so hands on and construction driven !
ОтветитьExcellent and useful video, mate. I had a good time and loved that it was short and packed with info....Now I'm off to the drawing board and in search of materials...thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьCould I trouble you for the dimensions of the terra cotta pot you used, that I might search for one in the U.S.?
ОтветитьIf we used all the stuff that you did, it would be cheaper to buy one.
ОтветитьIt's called a Tandoor, not a tandoori oven.
Ответитьso where is ed?
ОтветитьThe firebrick are dunked in water to prevent too much water from being drawn out of the mortar before it is cured.
How hot does the bottom of the barrel, where you used a chemical construction adhesive, get?
Thank you for sharing, excellent work👌but how is it when turning on/making breads?! Any follow up videos please?
Thanks

ОтветитьUseless video
Ответитьgreat idea
ОтветитьVaatteet rööki
ОтветитьCOULD YOU PLEASE DESCRIBE SOURCE OF ORDER . ALL NECESSITIES.WHERE WE CAN GET. I SEE HOME DEPOT. BUT PROPER MATERIAL CAN HELP A LOT
ОтветитьIndians season their tandoor before use by rubbing greens on the inside and a mixture of oil and yogurt. Then they gradually and slowly fire it.
ОтветитьThis is the Hardest way to make a tandoor but good 👍 .
Tandoor is usually very easy and basic to make .
Looks terrible.
Ответитьwhere did you buy the fire drum from?
ОтветитьSorry we don't shop at Bunnings so we'll check another video for reference
ОтветитьGreat 👍
ОтветитьKiller design and construction!
ОтветитьGreat. Regards.
ОтветитьYou’re perfectionist
Though, you could have build better tundoor with the same brick layers you used for pottery instead. The back of brick could have been filled with simple natural dirt
I just made one with 200 Lt drum and large flower pot
Mine I can use as a tandoor or grill oh and also I can use coal or gas or both
I finish it with mud on the top
Not practical
Ответитьis there a video of this working?
Ответитьyea i'll just stick with my kamado joe jr
ОтветитьWhat! You didn't show actual use? Would be nice if you showed the oven in use.
ОтветитьI’m pretty sure tandoori ovens are Afghan not Indian
ОтветитьAustralian accent🤣💕
ОтветитьThe creator doesn't mention that a lot of pottery contains lead, which causes nerve damage. Before you build and use, you should ascertain whether or not there is any lead content.
Ответить👍
Ответитьlooks great. Just one question where did you get the fire drum
ОтветитьDon't hold your breath about seeing it working...... Everything about the oven is fireproof except the terracotta garden pot so you can imagine what happened to it once it was fired up lol
Ответитьimagine building a poverty invention with a $100+ trip to the hardware store
lol
this is like when people ate gourmet polenta in the early 2000s
This is bs. Tandoor is an ancient thing and people made them without these fancy tools.
ОтветитьFuck that, there are much easier and simpler ways to achieve a tandoor.
ОтветитьThis is great--is there a follow up video with cooking? On the edge of my seat. I like this design, seems very well thought out & safe.
ОтветитьHow do you keep the pizza toppings from sliding off?
ОтветитьThis is a bit too involved :)
ОтветитьCan we do this on gas please , any idea will be appreciated
ОтветитьDaniel Vitaliano
ОтветитьSo much work to make this oven the way it's shown here. Wow!
I wonder if there is a simpler method ??
Wtf do you mean you can't cook because your not licensed?
ОтветитьCan you please advise where did you source the Fire Drum from and it’s specification. Thanks
ОтветитьYah, let's just have something delivered.
ОтветитьThank you for such a great idea💡👍👌👏
ОтветитьV.good job
ОтветитьThis is really cool but I prefer the other guys oven. This seems like too much work. Lazy me.
