I call Him "Iron Nose" Jobobo hes a saw shark fishman like Arlong but his nose is more based on actual saw sharks. He's also bigger than Arlong to pack in that Big Mom durability and that Magellen strength , he swims through the air with his gas gas fruit, then attacks using his own saw nose covered in amarment haki. His clothing is part Reijus raid suit and part who's who.
