This Bangkok Condo Went ALL-OUT on Luxury Facilities! | Hyde Heritage Thonglor

Would love to see how the penthouse looks a year later now that its finished. But one thing I really don't get about some of these luxury condos is they seem to have everything except a balcony (besides the penthouse in this case it seems)
Even plenty cheap apartments in Bangkok have a balcony, they might be tiny, but its better than nothing. Not everyone wants to go the common areas every time they want to step outside for a few minutes for some "fresh" air

I see the video is a year old some I’m sure pricing has changed, but is that pretty standard cost of a 76 sq meter condo for that area?

I viewed the penthouse a few months ago when I visited Bkk. Is it still under construction? Are the sellers open for negotiation?

The common areas are luxurious but the apartments are much less so. The rooms are too small. The penthouse looks good.

Luxury is starting to be used too loosely. I'm leasing a unit in a "luxury" condo. It's even advertised as luxury. And yet, I can hear people above me and beside me. I'm convinced luxury just means amenities and looks...not build quality.

It's a very nice property and the amenities are incredible but I'm disappointed that at that price point there are no maids quarters.

Nice filming. I knew this was going to be expensive but it just shows how all out they go over there. You get your money out of it for sure. In NYC that 25M baht would be 25M USD for less 😂
