Fail. You cant even accelerate that fast on this print. Also your accel seems to be like anywhere around 4k
ОтветитьSquish ball feet , if it all moves in unison send it
ОтветитьI would have just used cross strapping to help reduce the uneven shaking.
ОтветитьIn his defense though guys, these bigger printers really do get a TON of vibration at almost any amount of acceleration. Even though they’re coreXY, on something this big, 3000 accel is something you’d have to use input shaper for to get the ringing to go away. I have a mercury one.1 built off an ender 5+ so I’m speaking from experience here
ОтветитьThere is no way this is going over 150 mm/a in this video
ОтветитьInput shaper can add smoothness is you haven’t logged yet
Ответитьlove how everything on the desk and current print is all hexagon
ОтветитьI like your enclosure... gonna do mine, the same way as yours :D
ОтветитьOh god, i want one
ОтветитьIt's kinda slow. But still faster then what we got used to. Obviously not reaching the speeds.
ОтветитьDid you not seal the panels with foam tape?
Ответитьmaximum 100. not even close to 300
ОтветитьWhy is 300mm/s a valid measure? Why not flow mm3/sec or printing.?
ОтветитьThat is not 300mm/s. Setting 300mm/s in the slicer is not the same as actually going 300. On those short distances it’s not reaching 300.
ОтветитьTo stabilize it. Print a bracket that fits between your wall and the 3D Printer. Screw the bracket to the wall stud and Printer to bracket
ОтветитьPrice
ОтветитьDoor is shaking more than my diabetic grandma after falling into a pile of sugar
ОтветитьIt’s cookin
ОтветитьNice! Which voron kit did you buy?
ОтветитьVery Very Good
ОтветитьI love Vorons, but I will say you're leaving a lot of performance on the table. My Ender 3 prints faster than this lol
ОтветитьYeah, the door latches should be used both on the top AND the bottom.
ОтветитьNitrogen floated air table.
ОтветитьIt's funny, I'm printing at 260mm/s and 4500 accel on a Cartesian and running marlin
ОтветитьDude how quiet is this thing!?
ОтветитьMuch better 😉👍😀
ОтветитьThe acceleration?
