Ingredients:
2 Bags if Tapioca of your choice ( you may add another bag after season with sugar if it becomes liquid)
* Total Of 3
2 bags of Mung Beans ( Soaked than steamed )
Two packs of banana leaves preferably trimmed in Ovals
1 -1/4 cup sugar to cooked Mung Beans
1/2 cup Sugar to the drained Tapioca
1.5 Tablespoons Salt
1 Cup Fried Shallots
2-3 Tablespoons Black Peppers
Vegetables oil to grease Banana Leaves
Brush to grease banana leaves or Paper towels
Paper towels to pat dry Banana Leaves
Steam for 1 hour
* serve lightly warm or room temperature
* To warmed after they been refrigerated, warm with the banana leave in for 2 minutes
