First of all. First mistake is look at the eBay seller name. World Etrade. He is a third party reseller that get bulk low price quality products and sell it for double or triple the price. If you are going get carbon fiber mirror cap from China reseller, at least look for someone that is specialist only selling car parts or carbon fibers. He sells anything that has a high profit margin. I’m guessing those probably cost around 70-80 dollars. If you spend another $20-30 dollars you will get some high quality Top-Grade Durable Carbon Fiber Material Real 3K Vacuumed & Glossy Clear coat. I got one from eBay for $140. It has 100% perfect fitment. I don’t need the tape and it still secure tight and perfect around all edges.

Where did you get the license plate holder?

You could have wrapped the edges in gloss black then put the cover on in the same area...

What 3M tape did you use?...I went on Amazon and there's a whole bunch of them! how is it holding up?
