His achievement(despite questions of 'achievement' on being attributable to him) for commemorative column seems too small to build it, and your humorous sarcasm made me laugh loud with a lot of fun. On top of humorous and/but proper assessment for arcadius, your video is full of contents and often surprises me. Good watching and learning.

Chrysostom was loved by the common people and they revolted against his exile. The Western Emperor and the Pope also spoke and acted in his defence. Eudoxia is a vein shallow nonentity which got in power by chance and did not have neither the intellect not the morals to do anything useful with it. People can be well-educated and stupid at the same time.

Arcadivs was basically a less bad version of Emperor Honorivs who kept his empire mainly intact through mostly competent advisors & his wife, unlike that of his younger brother, the only exceptions Honorivs had being Stilicho and Constantivs III.
