Not a fan of this place, the layout is awful
ОтветитьI feel like this place would be great if you knocked all the walls down 😂
ОтветитьHis intrusive thoughts LOL
ОтветитьSpacious, indeed but by north American standards, if I may, not really a "Penthouse".
I'm surprised tho that it would only be $12000 monthly.
Thanks
$$$$$$$ when they have nice 500$ apartments everywhere?
Ответитьentrance is a long hall of doors? no way
ОтветитьRepurposed office
ОтветитьThe size of this apartment is anti human rights
Ответить12000 per month.... I don't see any luxury... it is not worth it at all....
ОтветитьGreat view of the city but the penthouse not worth 12k a month. It looks like this whole penthouse came in boxes from IKEA.
ОтветитьHey Alex do you happen to know why there is never a hot water tap for the washing machine in Japan? Have you ever seen a place that has one?
Ответитьwhy do you have overlooking mt fuji in the title and didnt even show it in the video properly? the view with mt fuji was there barely for 5 seconds
ОтветитьI kinda hate it
Reminds me of a 90s office so very unsettling to me ..
edit: i just saw that it WAS an office, that explains it
Truly unattractive.
ОтветитьThe view seems to be the only good thing about the place. It looks horrendous inside. Maybe if a few walls were knocked down and some of the tacky stuff gets thrown out it would look really nice, well, fitting for its price.
Ответитьsorry dude that is one ugly apartment
ОтветитьThe japanese got the weirdest floor plans.
you say it takes up the whole western side, but only 1 side of the whole apartment got windows. What the fuck is up witht that.
Building Managers: We no longer have business tenants due to the price.
Owner: Convert it to condos for the rich.
I think city you focus is overrated. You should have another channel for outskirt of Tokyo like Chiba or Yokohama where you can get exceptionally fantastic views of city and mt. fuji with significantly less budget for the houses and apartments with larger interior space.
Ответитьteehee... Happy toilet. I am borrowing that! Aloha
Ответить🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьI checked from google maps that from tokyo center to mt fuji is exactly 100km. how is this possible to see :O
ОтветитьLMAO 12K$ for that shit? No fkin way.
ОтветитьI agree with someone's comment... looks so corporate office like. The dark colors, the browns, tans, and golds yuck. So the big feature is the view...the sky, then Mt. Fuji. I would totally bring whites & a Monet blue color palette & glass & fabulous artwork with beautiful textiles. The only 12 million worth now is the view.
ОтветитьI can't remember if I left you an enthusiastic comment on your Karuizawa property video but if not-- IT WAS SENSATIONAL. One of your best efforts yet. I really, really enjoyed not just the footage but the incredible amount of information you crammed into it, all delivered in your highly digestible style. Thank you, love your channel! 😊👍
Ответитьwhy didnt you show the living room?
ОтветитьThe architecture reminds me of ex-ussr. And this is supposed to be luxury? In London you'd get a Victorian house with garden, terrace and a wine cellar for this money. The landscape would look nicer as well.
ОтветитьDude is funny! That little humor in the middle was so quick I almost missed it!
This is a very awesome property , by the way; I likey!
That’s definitely not the first time you’ve had a man in the bath with you buddy
ОтветитьMakes sense that this is an ex-office. Still looks like an office :( for that money, I’d look for another place.
Ответитьa coat closet is not normal in other places of the world, in Mexico isn't
ОтветитьHis fit is criminally bad in this one
Ответитьman, I forget how small everything is in Japan
ОтветитьWow that place is ugly
ОтветитьThank you for touring us around the expensive residences of Tokyo! I know I can't afford them but I can dream. ❤
ОтветитьYou need to be like CEO in some big company to earn enough money in Japan to pay 12 000 $ a month for rent? Given that how bad the value of Yen against USD is now
12 000 USD is 1 882 776,00 Yen
Bizarro que mesmo em ap de luxo os comodos e corredores sao estreitos
ОтветитьWhy would anyone spend $12,000 / month for 90s style, IKEA cupboards and almost no windows. Oh, wait, it's for rent; nobody would. 🤣
ОтветитьWould have expected more for $12k
ОтветитьwWhat really pisses me off about Americans is going to another country and then complaining that they don't have the crappy from your country. YOU GO TO JAPAN, EAT JAPANESE FOOD, MOST AMERICAN FOOD IS JUST DEEP FRIED BULLCRAP!!!
ОтветитьWhats with super expensive japanese apartments and their crappy ikea tier cabinets and shelves? The holes arent even plugged....
ОтветитьVery bad layout. Half of the rooms have no windows.
ОтветитьHow strong does an earthquake/typhoon feel at that height? I was once in Tokyo at the robot hotel floor 14 during a strong typhoon and the room was shaking like a plane under heavy turbulences. Horrific experience.
ОтветитьYikes! I don’t like it at all, the remodel makes it look like a business office. And the amount of doors 🚪 is out of control. I would not rent a place like this even if it was $3,000 a month.
ОтветитьMmmmmmm
Ответитьgorgeous place, gorgeous view. For 12k a MONTH you can still keep it.
Ответить45 floors up -- that means a long elevator ride... Do you prefer high-rise penthouses or low-rise suites?
Ответить
