Eating at Suzhou 苏州 | Jiangsu, China Food

Suzhou is a city located in the province of Jiangsu. A stark contrast to Szechuan & Shaanxi cuisine, the food in Jiangsu is much lighter on the palate. Soup noodles and dumplings (e.g. 小笼包) also tend to be on the sweeter side in Suzhou. Noodles and green bean cakes are the must-tries when you're in this beautiful city~
