Tactician's Authority PvE Build (1.8.3) | 50% Skill Haste / 450K Skill Power | The Division

For those who are still playing and plan to try this. Skill Haste is capped at 50%, for your Mods use 4% DTE when you've reach the cap.

strongest tac build is 3pc tac 651k skill power, thats the hardcap u can actually reach in the game.

Great build but using a light weight with determined on it would work great since if you kill NPC with seeker mines with determined gun in hand you get A ton on skill cool down reduced even for recovery link

lol the master isnt an option, its just a passive once u max that skill. good vid tho lol

Build into skillpower and use the house with talented,there is also a talent that reloads your gunon skill kill it works very well with a turret and your sticky bomb you stack with the house and turret and use the sticky to bop.

Add all DTE mods and then you will be hitting hard, oh and Barrett's chest piece.

Go 4%DTE m oids instead, you do more damage. Also craft lvl 204 AR then upgrade to 228, then destructive, ferocious determined/predatory, also inventive backpack, you can use the one that gives you 5% damage back as healing. You can solo legendary mission even with a yellow skill build but to solo Falcon Lost I run 5pc tac and inventive.

Go alpha tac if you want to kill people with guns or skill, it's alot of fun and the main build I use dor landmarks. You get destructive, ferocious, determined and predatory on both LW M4's

yeah dude this build is crazy good! comparing my set up to yours and yours is far more superior i have 20 second cooldown on the sticky and 13 on the mines while you have 11 and 7 thats amazing

I tried this build, but the max rounds I have in my Lightweight M4 is max 810 rounds

Yeah good luck running legendary with 2k stamina, skills ain't shit if you can't stay alive, by the time you get to that hunter and rogues, you will be disrupted, bye to you 10k electronics, the minute you pop your head out to throw a skill you're DEAD, you might run heroics and challenging with that BS

Why not specialized backpack...gives 200% of firearms and stamina...seems more beneficial than 15% even though no gears are rolled into stam or firearms

I know this video is old, but still great content! Thanks for the detailed explanation. I like everything in your build but I use relentless instead because I run solo most of the time and I usually get surrounded by enemies so my health rarely stays full lol, especially when I play resistance.

1 point that I think is not correct, which is ferocious and destructive affect BFB, Seekers and turrent overall damage just by holding the weapon. I tested skills' damage while holding a weapon with ferocious and destructive, and it produced identical damage to a weapon with different talents.

How do you recalibrate two diferent stats on the same weapon or gear?

Through testing this is not the best bang for your buck build

How did you get 1401+ roll on electronics????? Mine is fully optimized, can't get it more than 1401. 400+k skill power??? Amazing!

You feel there is no use for mods for the seeker minds? I am trying so hard to complete legendary's solo. I need a good tactician build and thus far, yours seem to hit right on point.
