Homemade Banana Pancakes (3-4 Silver Dollar Pancakes)
3/4 Small Banana (saved the rest for topping)
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 cup Milk
1/3 cup Egg Whites

Smash banana and add vanilla extract, milk, and egg whites to a bowl. In separate bowl combine the dry ingredients. Mix the wet and dry ingredients, the batter should be thick in consistency. This recipe should make 3-4 silver dollar pancakes.
