It appears as though the original head piece was thinner and then for the rest you used thicker foam?

I've seen the interior of some heads but for this one it looks like your mouth is covered by foam, how did you make an airway? and what kind of lining do you use? Do you line the headpiece itself or jusrt wear something? I looked through all of your videos and didn't see a reference to this, Looking for some advice if you can =D Thank you!
