How to talk to your spirit guides

I keep seeing 77 everywhere. It’s the year I was born, it’s ion our license plate and address and I see it several times a day in various places like license plates, receipts, social media,, prince tagged, etc. It’s pretty wild.

Your video has popped up in my feed.. several times.. so I thought I should give it a watch. I have two things that happen for me.. one is a verse I use to find objects I have lost. I say it.. and they usually pop up in a few minutes. Some take longer but I figure they pop up when I need them. Another thing is .. someone will pop into my head that I had not been thinking about and within 3 days.. I will get a call, a message or actually see them in person. Is this just intuition? thanks for the video.

My numbers are 44 or 444. Also, if I am asking for help with something, I will occasionally get a "knowing" just as I fall asleep or waking up.

I feel tingling a lot...i guess I need to pay attention to when I feel it and why.

Holy crap. I've been seeing the clock at 11 minutes passed the hour constantly for 4 years.

Almost 50 percent of the time I glance at the clock it's 11 minutes of any hour.

Coincidentally, I was born on Nov 11... The 11th day of the 11th month

I will see '111' on average 2/3 times in a day. Sometimes its very prevalent and sometimes I can go for weeks without seeing it, then it'll suddenly burst back into my day-to-day life.
I know that it's meaning is 'you're on the right track' but I find when I ask for clarity or definition of what the 'track' 'is'? That's when I get frustrated.

I recently started my spiritual journey, although I have had many spiritual experiences in my life, I have ignored them or thought nothing much of it.

This happened the other day, 3 days into focusing on my spiritual journey.

Got home late from work and decided to take my dogs on their night walk, even though it was really late at night and cold. We started on our walk down towards the beach, and I asked my angels/spirit guides to show me a sign that they are with me. Right as I said it, the wind whipped up and the leaves started whipping in the wind. I said to myself that was too much of a coincidence and to please show me a sign you are with me. Please make it obvious so I can’t dismiss it as coincidence. Let me see it without looking. I asked specifically and kept walking. I was about six blocks from my house and I smelled the aroma of warm vanilla, like the candles moms in the 90’s would burn. I was passing a big beautiful new beach home and the window shades were open and I couldn’t help but look to see how many candles they were burning for the aroma outside to be so strong, but saw no candles or people. I turned the corner and the scent was gone. I walked about three blocks and as I was passing the drive way into a mobile home park the scent returns just as strongly as before. This time I am passing a wide driveway into the mobile home park and look around and wonder where the smell is coming from. It again quickly goes away and I keep walking. I am now close to my home and realize that was my sign! There is no other explanation. Same exact vanilla scent, blocks apart, lasting only a few seconds. It was a warm and comforting aroma. In my mind I know this was the unmistakable sign I specifically asked for.

During a meditation I was in the process of thinking of gratitude, thanking the universe for things in my life I am grateful for ,! And someone answered me , told me that I had reached the next level and that I had between 2 and 4 years left to sort my life out before I move on to another existence ,, it was a very surreal meditation, I came out of it thinkin what was that ?! Was I talking to myself? Why would I say that to myself ,, fyi I am not religious at all and I am just a regular guy that has been meditating for a couple of years , now I have more question s than answers

When I decided to start writing my book to help people, I started seeing duplicate numbers when I randomly checked my phone or watch, and when I'm driving and thinking about my book or feeling joy and love, while in a high vibration, I see maroon colored vehicles as signs I'm on the right path. Along with podcasts as well.

I actually experienced all you mentioned about the guidance and the best of it is I can communicate with them in an instant. They can talk to me, I can talk to them but sometimes they are not responsive, they are not responsive in ways that If I don't have nothing to worry about on myself on that time. Sometimes, if I want to talk to them and they won't answer, I get a simple phrase "go on, you're doing just fine". Sometimes, they are longing for me, they want me to give them time so I go to nature, I'm a nature lover btw, I jog in a park and talk to them. Sometimes, they want my time, they want to talk to me. Im still struggling to identify the mind and my guide but I'm doing good everyday, and I can say I can identify my guide right now than before but not 100% but yes, I'm experimenting each and every time.

Mine was 1234. I'd see it everywhere. Not just time and clocks. I'd drive by and see a house it would be 1234 or walk into a store and the cashier would say that would be $12.34. At first i was screaming, asking what and what do you want? And at the beginning I just happened to have a video of Alba Weinman and past life regression. Once I stop asking I knew i was on track with life. I felt settled. When I first started knowing what I knew and understood why I was here and that I chose this life I felt home sick for a little bit. Not suicidal. It was different. I missed the love. Different love. I also had a friend that I just met at around this time and felt I came into her life when we both needed. I didn't know I'd suddenly lose her either. She was the first grief of someone close in my life😢 I have been struggling with my sense of what I'm here to do. And recently joined up with a Reiki teacher whom is going to teach me. This lady told me several years ago when I seen her for a regression that I should be a Reiki healer. I thought about it but only recently felt it was the right path for me. I'm encountering alot of people who I love or strangers that need their hearts healed or a a direction in that path. I keep saying I need to help these people but didn't understand until now that I'm that person. This really brings be great joy I thought I'd be going through life not being anyone at my age that's hard to except. 😊
