3. Single Arm Bent Over Row (lats);
4. Deadlift (lower back, hamstrings);
5. Single Arm Row (back, delts);
6. Bicep Curls (biceps, forearms);
7. Jumping Jack;
8. Jumping Squats (leg muscles);
9. Mountain Climber (core muscles, arms);
10. Push Ups (arms, chest, back).
