This was just like from my childhood nightmares.

Its funny how netflix still has this trailer up despite them removing the movie.

Those transitions to a semi-reality mixed flashbacks and the turmoil/conflict it brought to the main character's internal strength also tied into overcoming the external adversary even when things were pretty hopeless.

One of the worst movie I've seen. No story, plot, nothing, just absolute crap.
Starts with 5 limeys. One gets killed in robbery, other 4 just hanging out, go on trip for dead buddy, get lost and then get hunted down by some mythical monster, all die except one that makes it out of forest, The End.
Wow such mastery in film. And there are some that liked this trash, how and why,

This one surprised me. Extra fun when high too.

Y’all need mental help if y’all thought this movie was good . Waste of time

This is right up there in my top 4 Horror films I have ever seen, along with Hereditary, The Witch, and Midsommar.

For this to be a Netflix film is truly remarkable, but this is one of those films I still think about every now and then, even years after seeing it.

For me, that's a true making of a GREAT Horror film, and is why I have no issues putting it in a top 4.

So, to escape an ancient killing God you have to get out of the forest and yell. Got it. Really, I'm kind of angry the movie was that stupid.

I HOPE COME BACK

For me, there's two parts to the movie. The before and after the abduction. It keeps me interested up until they're held captive. At that point the journey is essentially over and it grinds to a halt. The only part I like afterwards is when he punches the old lady in the face. It's hilarious. Also the reveal is kinda cool, I guess.

A brilliant story line with very well acted upon by the mates. It's out of the ordinary horror flicks and stands as a unique and good movie.

I've watched this movie like 6 times already.
The characters' chemistry in this is just great and almost like there's no acting it's so real, on point emotions, just the right horror vibe.

This movie really didn't let me sleep for a week. Really traumatizing and very realistic horror movie.

One of the best horrors I've ever seen.
Shame Netflix doesn't just make equality stuff like this instead of making a mockery of the witcher and pumping out woke crap.

I watched this movie last week, and it was fantastic. It's definitely one of the most underrated horror movies that I've seen in a long while. The suspense was top notch throughout the whole runtime

Still a great flick. There's one or two people in here that were either scared or couldn't understand it, but it looks like most viewers enjoyed it. I thought the creature was amazing

This is one of the finest woods movie

This is one of my favorite movies!! It's not over the top, the creature is refreshingly awesome, and the creepiness of feeling watched and thinking you see something in the woods is relatable. It's realistic acting, too.

It was a really good movie like a few on its genre.

I like that they literally made a movie about a killer deer and actually made it scary.
