I like you vid - but disagree with advice on comments at time 30. You should never comment describing your code like that. You are basically re-writing you code in natural language - so bad and time wasting.

First type of comments is good code. Code that has good variable name and function names - names that describe.

To know more google 'Clean Code'

Also, commenting out code - just in case you need it in the future is not good. Fine for debugging, but do not leave commented out code in a finished product. Instead use version control to have backups of old code that has the code that would be commented out still there.
