Hey Danny! What an achievement, film is looking great. I work as an AE on scripted for a living. You can totally delete all audio but the mix, once it’s turned over, post sound can rebuild your timeline with all ISOs! That’s the norm workflow for us.

Can you show your work flow? How do you organize the project, sync audios, etc 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Why premiere over resolve?

Frame of reference- everyone knew how “Titanic” ended. Then they saw the story. So, don’t worry about spoilers. A good movie is worth watching on an infinite loop.

This is amazing, I'm currently editing a Film for my college Film club and I got to say that the editing procedure is very similar to what you've described, expect that it was far less demanding in terms of workload. But thanks for making this video, I've learned a lot of new things because of it.

Speaking of many audio layers :D do you had the problem in premiere when cutting clips, the audio layers move a tiny tiny bit thus they arent alined perfectly like they used to be? experienced it a couple of times now :/

So the whole movie is edited on the laptop?

Congrats Danny on the film! I often don’t delete extra audio sources/clips to keep them as a reference, but what I do is “disable” them so they are greyed out and you don’t have to listen to chaos lol. I set up a shortcut “cmd + shift + e” so I can enable/disable clips quickly. And since you can drag-select over multiple clips, it’s fast.

Will this have a pennsylvania screening??
