I know it’s not Mexican street food but they could easily make an entire episode on Mexican dishes that aren’t as common to the rest of the world either such as Mole Poblano from Puebla. They missed some great Mariscos street food from Sinaloa too on this episode.

"Esquite" should NOT be made with sweet corn. It's usually a white kind with a more neutral flavor. I hope you can try the real kind sometime!

I've had all of those except the mango de rosa. I hate mango. I've visited Oaxaca, Mazatlan and a few other places in Mexico a few times. If you stay awhile on the beach, people just come and try to sell you food, souvenirs and stuff. They wheel their food carts right up to you. One time, I hopped in a taxi and told the driver I wanted to try good street food and I'd buy for him too. He took ma to a lot of different places and it was really fun. I got to try turtle soup.
