An urgent question: I'm thinking about finishing the Advanced Excel series and also Data Analytics with Excel. Which one would you prefer first? Finishing the Advanced Excel list before or straight delving into the Data Analytics and then come back to the AE?

Sir can power query be used to replace repetitive manual work not necessarily requiring cleaning and transforming but instead consolidating reports received every month from different regions, and appending the new month's consolidated reports below the previous ones respectively ?

If anybody else had a problem like: Slicer was showing all of the month from Jan to Dec, here is a solution: "Slicer Settings -> (uncheck) Hide Items With No Data".
So if anybody is reading this this might be helpful.

Hey Mike, great videos and have followed the complete series of yours.

I am facing a problem though. When I am trying to do exercise no. 2 using the text files, I am not getting the combine and edit dropdown list, instead it is considering the text files as dataset and returning the files details are data values. That Combine and edit part and the data inside those files is completely eliminated. On the other hand, when I am using the source as New query>From txt file> then selecting individual text file, its working just normal. I am using the normal version of Excel, not office 365. Help me out in this?
