This 2 minutes part is the only good thing about the movie. I love Nureyev.

Nureyev was a natural performer and his interpretation of Valentino was superb. I wish they would stream this film more often.

In 1920’s, at that time, “Tango” was Very...INDECENT!
So, 2 men dancing together were...SCANDALOUS! (Very much so !)

In the 50s and early 60s, I remember going to weddings and watching the men dance with each other after they wore the women out on the dance floor. They would pool their money together so the band would stay and play until three a.m. The married guys in their thirties pulled off astounding moves while jitterbugging. So glad I lived to see them and their limitless energy. They held nothing back when they could finally dance with a partner of equal strength. We all loved it.

this is what i think, when danced beautifully a man and woman feels like two worlds connecting, when woman and woman dance it feels like the touch of natures tenderness and when man and man dance i feel like its a ritual of strength and power dancing without dominance just confidence and security, the only time where two gems stand out without destroying the other....this was excellent!!!!

This is beautiful! Two strong dancers. People need to get a grip! If men can blow each other to f***ing bits on the battle field-then 2 men CAN and should dance together! Whom are they hurting?! There are pig-headed straight men whom abuse women okay?! Btw, a lot of women have gay male friends they wish were straight - because they are kind and caring as well as gentlemen. If a man can kill another - dance instead damn it!
