When you epoxied the dust port in I was thinking; Are you sure you want to do that?
Glad you could resolve that. Great build.
Awesome!! Looks amazing! I want to start designing my shop like yours but these lumber prices are ridiculous!!
ОтветитьWell done. Your wood shop is looking great. 👍
ОтветитьShop build out is looking mighty fine, sir. Well done! Looking forward to what Elise you’ve got coming down the pipe. Stay safe and keep on working.
ОтветитьNice work looks great! I really like that you have some storage along with that I'm leaning towards building the same as you have thanks for the inspiration 👍
ОтветитьHow do you change bits?
ОтветитьNice work! ✅
Are you still happy with the tabletop surface? Did you use any kind of finish on it? I’m thinking of using a melamine over plywood top because I think it should be a pretty smooth surface with very little friction. Thoughts?
This is an awesome build
ОтветитьLooks like a very nice job. What I really appreciated was just the right amount of talk for the amount of work without using supper fast videos. Hate those videos. Good Luck to you and the shop assistant
ОтветитьGreat ideas and by the way what kind of dog is that you have he or she looks fantastic
ОтветитьNice build. I appreciate the listing of parts you used for the duct collection. I’m in the middle of building my own router table and I’ve been putting off the dust collection issue. But now that I’ve seen your setup and your solution for adding more airflow to the lower enclosure I’m going to use your ideas for my own. Thanks for a very informative video.
ОтветитьExcellent build!!👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
ОтветитьLOOKS NICE
ОтветитьReconditioned Bosch 1287 is your friend.
Ответитьgreat video. i knew about the tape and CA glue, but never thought of putting my plate down and putting tape right up to it. Seem so logical, feel dump not having think about this earlier ! thanks for that tip tho!
Ответитьbuilding my new router table, looking around for ideas. i chuckled when you epoxied the fitting in the fence, i bought the same fitting for the same reason on my old table. it fits nothing! great build, gave me some ideas 👍
ОтветитьLove the table does the dog come with it? Sorry dog is beautiful. This is just what I want a router table for myself as I have hand issues so I think it would be easier if I had a table I could use both hands safer then trying to hold the router as they can be heavy. What router would you suggest for a beginner. Thank you for showing us how you did it
ОтветитьKeep coming out with good content man!
Ответитьit´s a pity, you speak to fast for me - your work looks very intresting
ОтветитьJust came across this video. Nice work on this router table. And I can relate re: the jigsaw. I had the same one for years and it. is. terrible. Recently got the 12v Bosch jigsaw. Vast improvement.
ОтветитьCool video!!
ОтветитьDid you place the lift right in the middle of the table?
Nice build thank you!!
Nice build ! I used your video to build my own router table! My only problem is the dust collection when cutting dados, dust is flying everywhere . Did you experienced this issue ? Dust collection is good when cutting roundover ! I'm using a shopvac and a cyclone as dust collector , do you think it could be the problem ? Maybe its not strong enought? I did had holes for airflow but dust don't really go down in the cabinet below... do you have advises for me ? Thank you !!
ОтветитьVery professional all the way around. The video and the router table. Feels like something I would’ve expected on hgtv. Thank you!
ОтветитьThis cart is so much better than the one Jonathan Katz-Moses did.
ОтветитьHeck of a nice little build there man! Little builds like this make me want a little shop.
ОтветитьWhat bit did you use to cut the t tracks and miter slots?
ОтветитьBeen following the build, now I am assembling the fence bottom to the top using pocket holes, but how did you got the pocket holes screws heads to be completely flush the bottom, mine seem to be sticking out even though I drove them as much as possible using the recommended 1 1/4 inch for 3/4 thickness of material. Any advise? Seem if I leave them like that, they surley strach the bench tom and even the router lift plate.
ОтветитьExcellent video! Great job on the router cabinet! One question... Where did the big red aluminum level come from?
ОтветитьI have that same jigsaw and it sucks so bad.
ОтветитьGreat build! I made a similar one many years ago. I may enhance it with several of your features. The leveling screws are a great idea.
ОтветитьThanks for the video. I also had a dog named Bob Barker!
ОтветитьDude! Great simple build. Good video and process as well. Nicely done.
ОтветитьJig saws just move the blade up n down, not really sure a new one would do anything any better :) nice build anyway
ОтветитьGreat!!!
ОтветитьGreat job
ОтветитьNice work. I recently bought a whole Rockler system with the same lift. The top is bowed. Took it back to exchange, and every other top in the store (except to metal ones) were also bowed. I'll most likely return it and build my own. The Rockler legs and fence seem fine, BTW.
ОтветитьNice video, Sir. Happy to subscribe!
ОтветитьHow many sheets of plywood for this whole build?
ОтветитьThanks for posting I built mine but I was wondering if maybe my router is too far away from the back of my table. ( 7 inches from lift device to back of table. )Could you tell me minimum distance on yours? I also use a 2 1/2 inch dust port lots of suction and volume. also I was wondering why you decided to put holes in the back instead of holes in the front for good air flow. Thanks in advance for your help. , Phil
ОтветитьExcelente trabalho, parabéns 👍🏻
ОтветитьVery nice router table and a great video. Thanks
ОтветитьThank you please read Romans 10:9-13❤

ОтветитьTerrific video, thanks so much.
ОтветитьBy far the best shop dog around. 🙂
ОтветитьWould you recommend MDF for the top?
ОтветитьBought your plans, what did you put on the table top surface to make it that shinny? Cant figure out if I’m supposed to put laminate or something over the top.
