ОтветитьHi, I did all this. Yes it reduced it quite a bit. I also did a few self raising cobras. ouch. it hurts will take the Tylenol later too. Lots of love. 💗

ОтветитьI have siatica from having a very active lifestyle on my farm, and I tried alot of videos but they were too "soft" for me, this here is the more rewarding stretches and gave immediate relief. I had a biast thougt.. she is a woman too so perhaps this is best for the athletic woman! And Yes! Its really relieved the nerve pain! I stopped doing yoga because it was causing more injuries durring the day, but this was great! 💚 Thank you! 🐎🌈

ОтветитьLast month, I was struck with my first bout of sciatica at the ripe age of 26, luckily only for a couple weeks. It was a relief to remember that this video was in your feed as something I could turn to when I didn't know what to do. These poses were interesting, if nothing else. I literally couldn't manage staff pose, because it made the pain so sharp, which was just crazy because it's just sitting? But reclined pigeon was just amazing. Anyway, the experience sucked, hope it never happens again, but I'm sure it will. Thanks, Kassandra, for tackling so many different needs.
ОтветитьYeah it originates in the back lower part of the thigh just above the back of the knee and shoots all the way up just past my butt cheek and has been that way for the last 3 days for sure

ОтветитьWow I woke up with so much pain in my lower back that I could barely do my mediation without tearing up. I did this 5 min routine and now I’m sitting so comfortably 😮
ОтветитьBloody hell - I did this for the first time today and honestly it was amazing. I woke up with really bad Sciatica pain today to the point where are little movement on my left lower side caused a flare. It really made moving hard and I struggled to even put my jeans on. However this has worked wonders. The pain is minimal now but the main concern for me today was my movement and this has helped me get some movement back so thank you!
