Can I make all rulers start with the same amount of soldiers and money, as well as with only one county? Much like Civilization VI start

for some reason when i load the mod i can see all the pins for the cultures and religions and stuff under characters but i dont have the entiitled outliner at the top of the screen that actuall lets me make me own realm

But seriously that interface is better than what Paradox put out in the last addition (accolades for example...)
I'd like to try to make the whole map into a de jure empire with a few kingdoms and see if any AI can get the empire title

Can you give existing characters starting titles in this menu, or can they only go to custom characters? For example, if I made a De Jure empire of all of Africa, would it be possible to have Daura be the starting empress?

OMG THIS IS AMAZING! I was just doing an alternate history thing by basically using a cheat to absorb kingdoms and duchies and counties and then using the "change_culture" cheat county by county 😬. It takes forever, you cannot edit religion, and there is a GOOD chance the game straight up crashes after you're done. I'm SO glad this is out now.

I even saw it on the Workshop Recommended page yesterday but since I didn't have time and the image didn't mean anything to mean, I didn't realise what it was. Does the mod allow for any dynasty modifications? I didn’t see that it does. Or do you know of a mod that would let you, for example, create two custom characters in mp but be able to share a dynasty somehow? I have a twin and we’d love trying to play as ourselves!

I love this! I've always wanted a "EU4 Custom Nation" feature for this game and this mod does just that, does it even better in my opinion since you can customize where the cultures and faiths can be specifically in the map, plus modify them!

Does it work with total conversion mods?

Does this mod play nice with other map mods because I can smell a 4th Era Elder Kings start brewing
