all nice, but the big question is , how to avoid server to crash after you had done everything. so far all documentation i have found does not mention what is the next step to follow after you have your db servers connected and working.

What's the correct way to restart mysql on a Galera node? We always get in trouble when we restart mariadb on a node and have to recreate cluster each time on first node.
