I hate all the people who hate on this console. I love the Wii U so much.

It's the most versatile console of all time. But in terms of the actual game library, Nintendo really let it down. I have one since 2013, and yeah, it didn't realize its potential. Wii U came out in November, 2012, and the Switch only came out in March, 2017, only 4 years and 4 months later (while every Nintendo generation lasted 7 years, and Xbox and Sony PlayStation consoles have sometimes lasted even longer in production).

I feel ripped off by Nintendo with the Wii U. Hardly any first-party effort (we got no Metroid, only one Zelda game released at the end which was better on Switch, two Mario games... you get the gist; no third-party support, and the shortest console generation in modern history).

“Wii U is an entirely new technology” Nintendo knows they made a horrible decision with the name 💀

I think that the wii u idea itself, like the OS and the features, was really good, while the Nintendo was really good in the innovation aspect. Nintendo should make some kind of Wii Switch or something which is like a mix and takes the good aspects of both, and combines them to create the ultimate console. (Also more power please nintendo we pray you)

U all know that Super Mario 3D World is on the switch now
