Its as if you've treated hardworking students that got A's the same as the ones that get D's and E's- like the same work opportunities, grades,everything etc. No,like, just no, it doesnt work like that. Like, they've put so much work and hours in, to deserve something and to get somewhere in life while others partied with their pitiful dumb friends and acted lazy the whole semester. And like now you give them the same things ? Like thats not fair at all. Think about it.

Same principle can be taken in sports, fotball , skiing, ballet, basketball,f1, tennis all...look, no one's THAT good in those sports irl, its basically a "fantasy" also , a show for money, but no one getting pressed that"Oh, someone should be in the team even though he is lazy and not as skillful." No, they all want the best. By that stupid logic, its all toxic. Take a fotball and basketball, hockey...for an example
