Today I am going to talk about those SCRUM ZEALOTS that drive us developers crazy!

Have you ever worked with someone who's so obsessed with Scrum that they ignore any other ideas? Whenever you question the framework or process, they get all worked up and act like they're brainwashed? It's like they think only those who "get it" are right, and the rest of us are clueless.

These people are Scrum Zealots. They've bought into it completely and expect everyone else to do the same. Funny thing is, I catch myself being a bit like that sometimes too. We all have a touch of Zealotism in us. But for me - it is to go back to the principles of AGILE and breaking down the belief that AGILE IS SCRUM.

You know what a Zealot is, right? Those fanatical folks who are so fixated on something that they won't budge an inch.
