ОтветитьThank you for sharing this video. I have hypermobile joints and regularly experience immense pain and cramp in my toes and calves. I can easily lift my toes but they don't bend under which makes it difficult to balance or do certain yoga poses. I'm going to try your suggested foot exercises for a few weeks.
ОтветитьGetting back to your yoga after spending 3 months in bed in hospital last summer. My muscle reconditioning program has advanced such that I can now explore remaining aches. Your videos for knee pain, foot pain, low back reset, si joint pain and hamstring have been very helpful so far. Adhesive capsulitis in left shoulder is also a factor (no dowward dog yet).. I will keep exploring!
