Can these men (me) be 'fixed'? as in, can they develop them selves a bit beyong this split anima situation?
What is the path of healing in this case?

I believe you just have expectations of what a mother/wife is due to experiencing it only from your own mother. My mum never drank beer. So in college seeing girls drinking pints of beer to me a while to not think was strange.

This is also known as the "Madonna-Whore Complex" and can also be caused by excessive porn use. Because in porn you are solely getting off to the visual stimulation of the sexual act without the emotional elements present in real sexual encounters which then makes it harder to connect on an emotional level to a woman during sex.

This is my father! He was very shy around women and had his first relationship with a woman (my mother) when he was fifty years old. Growing up, he talked about how much he loved his mother as though he worshipped her. At the same time, he hated many women on the street. Whenever he saw young women on the street wearing summer dresses, booty shorts, or crop tops, commented about how they were "sluts" and either looked disgusted, uncomfortable, or incredulous. These women in their 20s have a huge affect on him even though he is now in his 70s. I never knew why, but now I understand that he has a mother complex. Thank you to this video!
