Very interesting. Distortion of electrical and compass activity is evidence of some form of high-tech interference. The structure, however looks to be made of rock; carved rock. The out of place staircase built into the structure seems to eliminate an alien craft possibility. The Dome part sounds very intriguing. Need more info. Any sign of a door, hatch, an entrance to the interior. Ground penatrating radar, an x-ray to scan the structure for internal composition, if the structure permits. Has anybody laid an ungloved hand upon the structure? Any connection? Feeling? Communication? Structure composition? Metallic or stone? Dents, scratches, rust, patina? Can it be scratched? Sample removal? Tapped with a hammer? Sound solid or hollow? Does a hammer leave a mark or impression? Can the structure be damaged to any extent by human force???

This reminds me of a dream I had awhile back. I had a dream that all I saw/seen were all of the pyramids all over Earth. There were many underwater, ice, dirt, rock, but I could see them clearly. There was nothing else, just those. I felt the ground beneath me shake. I wasn't afraid. In fact I was more excited than I'd ever felt. I could see all of them start to blink, as if charging up. And they were, and didn't make any sound. However when they started to break free of where they'd been for who knows how long, it was very, very loud. They all broke loose, and I thought omg look how huge they really are! Little did I know.....Then they all began emanating towards each other. I could not believe this dream when I awoke. They'd all fit together like a most perfect puzzle. They became One. This reminded me of my dream because I thought, it'll break loose someday and leave.
