What a wonderful opening to this episode Andy. Absolutely stonking mono images of the cottages..... the music matched the mood of the vlog perfectly. I'll be honest I have never heard of the place and can't recall seeing an image from there - wonderful find Mr Sheader. Top notch

Oh my word Andy ,and what a cove ,reminded me of a train set .....hours spend replacating the buildings to build in kit form.
Somewhat haunting too,what went on back in the day ??

You find them and conquer! This looks like a place to visit time and time again. Excellent narration as always! Glued and some shots that again look like classical paintings : compositions. Rembrandt : turner. Andy I think I have to visit here in August when I’m over that side of the country. 👌

Just checked that and it's only 1hr 15mins from my house. I chose to go to Barns Ness lighthouse then the few castles that are along there. Finishing my day at Dunbar and the Bridge to Nowhere but the tide wasn't high enough! Back over there for definite after seeing your vlog

Change location and get closer to the building should have other nice view.

This is not in the north east of England it’s in Scotland. You don’t mention that.
