why is jordan always so angry and resentful?

I've learned a lot from Dr. Peterson over the years, for which I'm grateful. One thing that is missing here, is that women don't just become trapped in their fears because they went from their father's house to their boyfriend/husband. A great many women have been abused & assaulted (sexually specifically) before the age of 18 & then we enter the age of dating, where acquaintance rape is rampant. A woman's sense of safety depletes with awareness & time, this can often lead to these fears of going out & living independently. When you are cat called & have men making unsolicited comments & advances, every single day. it can very much affect your ability to get out & function. If these things go unaddressed, they tend to get worse, & if a woman isn't taught how to set boundaries & prevent these solicitations that are not wanted, the odds of her being well adjusted & being able to look after herself decrease. So if a girl is abused in childhood, with each passing year her odds of building a good life decline unless there are supports available to her so she can learn what she wasn't taught at home,

This crazy novo is crazy! This speaks of my own marriage. My wife had a free dream about an tiny sneak hiding in the house. It got big and went after the kids. I thought it was BS and an imagined dragon.

Jordan used to be so much better than this, he used to present theories and point to data. Now it's just "This is how it is" and "This is why". He'll shove his ideas down the throat of anyone he sits with and don't give them a second to reflect or question it - any 'conversation' is a monologue. It's kind of ironic since his field by its nature doesn't have any straight answers.

I've watched a lot of podcasts with Jordan Peterson on them but I think this is the best & most ridiculously interesting one I've seen yet. Brilliant.

No wonder he preaches listening, the man never stops talking. I've listened to hours of JP and I never gain any real insight, there's so little in what he says. He believes it to be true, no doubt, but he always lacks objectivity, despite preaching it as the answer to everything.

Jordan is a good therapist for dependent type personalities that are unable to take on adult responsibilities.

They need baby steps to build autonomy and drag them out of their lack of self esteem and over neediness on others to function in life.

Otherwise they are vulnerable to exploitation by bad intentioned people of which there is no shortage in society.

Jordan Peterson is an actual gift to the western world in the state we're in right now.

I took the rubbish out and collapsed loads of cardboard boxes this morning before listening to this. First time I’ve done this in 6 months. 😢

Jordan seems like such a strange person to me. I see interviews like this where he gives good advice and descriptions. Yet when I see so many other interviews or I try to read his books, he's practically unhinged, practicing very bad science, and often engaging in the very behaviors he yells about and accuses others of--if he's even understandable at all.

Im going to guess that the reason is pronouns 🤞
