Sorry, but this is not effective. You need to understand the RNC first, then work on defense. You NEVER apply a RNC standing in a real right or mma - only in sport jiu jitsu or grappling. You release the RNC when your opponent stands and seatbelt the waist - if you hang on you are 1 second away from being thrown on your skull. Never hold that position - go to waist and then work the numerous easy takedowns from there.

Escaping rear naked choke is so easy. You just need to shoot your enemy in the foot

The truth is that you can't escape the mata leao if it's well executed. You can only react before the full lock ( pushing down the chin for example) , no other ways.
You could do that because he wasn't choking for real and he did it very slowly..once you get locked it's over.

Si no bajas la pera y la pegas a la unión de la clavícula con el esternón (identifico estos huesos para tener una guía) y la mata león entra es imposible que salgas.
Entrené jiu jitsu en mi adolescencia. Cuidado con las recomendaciones porque si el que te aplica esta llave sabe lo más probable es que te duerma. Se trata de una estrangulación muy fuerte.

Ni golpear a los testiculos ni golpear a los ojos te va a servir, si el que te estrangula sabe y le intentas meter los dedos en el ojo esconde la cabeza para abajo y valio verga tu piquete de ojos, 2 si ni bien te cierra te lleva abajo simplemente no vas a poder golpearle los testiculos en ningun momento jajaja este tipo esta hablando idioteces, aparte tendria que haberlo demostrado contra resistencia y agresividad REAL, ya que el tipo que lo esta estrangulando nisiquiera le esta cerrando la llave menos usando ni el 10 por ciento de fuerza real para dormirlo, luego dice que hay que girar el cuerpo para poder romper la llave y le sale muy bien porque nisiquiera lo estan cerrando con FUERZA, buena suerte intentando hacer esta idiotez en la vida real

Sometimes your techniques are great, and these tips may give you a chance against someone who doesn't know what they are doing, but if your opponent knows their shit, they have already tucked their head down behind yours where you can't reach their eyes and dug their hooks into your hips, so no twisting at the waist. You might be able to drop them on their head if you bend forward and push with your toes at the last instant, but you have to push even further into the choke, it's not intuitive, and it's got little chance of success, but some is better than none. 

If they haven't jumped on your back, and haven't fully sunk, you can drop forward, and pull a foot between your feet, then pull up fast and try to slam them back, maybe head butting with the back of your head, then swimming a hand as fast as you can, twisting and trying to break the hold while striking the groin or xyphoid if you can. 

Honestly, the best defense is a blade. Stab and drag both arms right by your ears, then stab the top of their head repeatedly, and continue until they let go or you die. Good luck!

Razor sharp teeth, like a Klingon , I can bite a chunk from a baseball. So sharp my dentist wears double gloves, not kidding. Last guy I bit , fainted. The worst part though is human flesh is ungodly tough and pieces get stuck between your teeth. Not much skill but anyone can learn.
