I named my son after this band

I've been trying to figure out who sings the lines "hold on, hold on tonight love," for like 12 years. I kept searching for "hold me tonight God" for some reason. Finally found this song after a long long search. I saw it on MTV I think when it came out in 2007.

Still jamming this in 2024, I was actually named after this band by my father since he loved this band so much and it does have a special place in my heart, I love how I can introduce people to this amazing band since they aren’t as popular/famous as other post-hardcore/emo bands and it has so much meaning to me I love coming back to this year after year and it never gets old for me ❤
