Anything pills will kill you. I switched to tonic water or tonics cause the pills used to have me going crazy. I ended up in the hospital once for vitamin pills i was like what the fuck. Then i started taking tonic vitamins the taste was bad but it boosted my energy big time. Fuck those pills
