Stretches were good..but what is wrong with this woman. 'keeping you healthy for life because you are worth it?' This video was riddled with cheesyness but that final line just killed it.

Wonderful stretching

Girlfriend, you know you have to hold a stretch for @ least 15 seconds for it to be effective. Unfortunately, your video is centered around your Daily Dozen. Next time, add a "bonus" stretch at the end of your DVD that is a totally different segment. And I'm writing this as if anyone out there would read it. Nuts, the joke is on me.
