It makes me move. Since i was a teenager it brings tears to my eyes. Its simplicity, 6 string, 12 string & bass and string vocals brought magic to the arena!!! I will love them dearly.

I vaguely remember this from my childhood days when I was about nine or ten (born 1956), but only rediscovered it after Judith Durham's passing...it's just a perennially great song, mostly due to her incomparable voice.

Its amazing to me that at the beginning of the recording, one of the guys says "Lets make this the one". For me, this song is absolutely "The one"; the groups greatest hit.

Great harmonizing but there was something sweet and endearing in the lead singer Judith Durham.

They backed Judith up so well, gorgeous song and especially her lead vocal.
My oldest brother just passed away and I’ve got tears thinking about him, Robert James, I’ll miss you 😢
