Awesome program. May be i am not so lucky but bad counselors. My emails have been Ignored, you can just forget phone calls. I just don't understand why NACA's management is not doing anything about it. I have read multiple comment about this issue and I experienced it myself. But if qualified and the house owner agrees to sell the house to NACA buyer (that is also a problem), buyer will truly have a great rate and conditions.

It has been 5 months and I have given my counselor EVERYTHING she has asked for and I still don't have my prequalification. She does not check my online portal where I have uploaded all my documents to and she continues to ask for items I have already submitted. I requested a new counselor and cant seem to get one. I got prequalified with a traditional lender in 2 hrs but I would rather go with NACA.

I cant wait to go to the achieve the dream in NYC in June 27,2019 ... i got a lot of my paperwork together organized paid off bills , money saved etc. Im ready to become a homeowner .. another reason my mom will be proud of me for .. super excited

NACA is worth it! Everyone’s process is a bit different. Just make sure all your information is there and ready to go prior to your session.
