Numbness, Tingling, Burning in your Feet?

Ha! I can't even cross my leg, let alone reach my toes. I have to use 12" needle nose pliers to put my soxs on, and I have to wear velcro shoes cause I can't tie my boots anymore. Like the guy told his doctor, "I know, I know, I need to get in shape." Doc guipped back, "get in shape? You ain't in any shape to get into shape."

Hello doctor, I would like to ask. I have this vibrating-like feeling under my right foot on its left side (inner arch part), upon palpating the area, I can feel that it pulsates upon vibration, one time I walked it hurt like having something pinched inside (I don't know if it's cramps or something is really pinched)— it was painful that I had to stop walking. I've been having this for 2 days now. I tried massaging the area, it does help to be relieved for a while then the vibrations goes back. I mostly feel the vibrations when lying down or sitting. Stomping my feet makes it painful as well. No numbness thou.
I searched it up online, and said I may have pallesthesia and it can be a cause of compressed nerve or blocked artery. What could this really be? Want to do home remedies for it, what can I do?

So I was dealing with a herniated disc injury and everything is better now with my back but I had numbing in both my feet. I’ve taken a steroid for it a few times and it seemed to have helped but then random things cause the numbness to come back in my feet. Will these exercises help with this issue?
