My favourite 'pop song' of all time. As a kid of 9, I used to listen to this song over and over again. I never tire of it. Brings back memories.

First heard this when i was ten years old. Being a kid, i thought that the "eyes," that the night has, were nightmares, and only a thousand people a night, could have them. I even used to look up at the sky and see if i could see the eyes, flying to people to put scary scenes before their eyes, as they slept. But now i know better, it's your Brains, that craft out these awful dreams for you. It was my father that taught me about things being mixed up in your brain, that give you nightmares.

This brings me back to when I was in 6th grade, sick as a dog at home and the only music I could get on my Walkman was the classic rock coming from KONO FM, out of San Antonio, TX.

I prefer listening to Scott Walker - thousand eyes vocal by vee should have been less DJ sounding - the overdubbing is dated and unnecessary.
