Don't get me wrong The features look lovely and clearly borrowed from BMW and other manufacturers, but in a crash what does the interior of the BYD look like versus the model 3, American highway safety standards have shown that the model 3 model s and model x all have received the highest safety standards in some cases ever given, I don't think BYD is even registered much less past a crash test

You gotta wait till Tesla patches it softwares so that the Chinese car can copy it and give it to you

Chinese brands are not ok. I rented one in Marseille and I returned it within an hour and changed it for Link&Co (Volvo). Despite that Tesla is not good at material quality, I would still choose it as you have better support and they have to pass a quality test. That long panoramic will kill you if something falls from above, that's why I trust more normal brands they think the design to be also safe.

Not sure if they were trying to show how it’s better than a Tesla, but if that was their goal… they failed.
