good karma: talon company hunts you down
bad karma: regulators goes after you

For good characters, these guys sound pretty sadistic.

Guy sounds too evil to be a regulator.

I honestly liked this mechanic in the game and kinda wish it would have carried over from fallout3 like where if you have low karma sometimes hit squads show up and if you have high karma hit squads show up. I mean it kinda happened that way in fallout NV with the NCR and legion hit squads

Went to the regulator HQ turned in plunketts finger and some other fingies. Mind you my karma is very good rn and the 3 regulators in the hq attack me i kill them and they have a bounty for my head not even a finger...so im thinkin they were talon undercover

And this is why I always have Neutral Karma. I cannot begin to express how annoying it is when Talon or Regulators show up randomly, shoot you up, and then I gotta go and repair my outfit they just nearly destroyed.

I have said this before but the way that they talk kind of makes it seem these guys may have been former raiders in the past, just like the Talon Company mercenaries.

I know this video is ancient, but why do they look smaller than you? Did you change your height with the console command or downloaded a mod? Just curious.

A funny way I got bad Karma without killing innocent people. or stealing someone's property was just using the Cannibal perk on dead Raiders who attacked me first strange how that's considered evil when your eating a group who raids and enslaves people

I don't even know why the Regulators still exist at this point. In Fallout 1, the vault dweller, with the help of the Blades, killed all of them! Also, the regulators were a group of bad guys holding a whole town hostage, so why are they suddenly the good guys?

I feel like I'm the only one who has a good karma character I finished the game with max good karma and done all the dlcs with max good karma
