ОтветитьThank you. I work in metabolic disease and my patients scoff at me when I tell them they aren't eating nearly enough food before dinner. They would have like a yogurt and a banana through the day and then eat a decent dinner and, shocker, bedtime rolled around and they were dying for a glass or three of wine and a bag of chips with dip. I was like yes, you need a calorie deficit, but if you've only had 1000 calories including dinner, no one would be able to handle the cravings at bed.

ОтветитьMy favorite tip is number 3. I have yet to love a smoothie or protein shake though. Tried at least a dozen including the one you mentioned. I eat a big piece of chicken most mornings with dry rub on it 👍 then throughout the day I have Greek yogurt, eggs, salmon, cottage cheese, beans, nuts.

ОтветитьFocus on real food. On a smoothie you can not chew. Thàt is só important also for your gut. Loose the powder and prepare and eat fresh, healthy chewable food! ❤

ОтветитьI dropped my first 30# in 90 days walking every am when i took my kids to school. 3 laps around our playgroundd. For me a 30 min walk. Lately ive been speeding up. 7 min per lap give or take when i eont get distracted. I wanna try other stuff but im so scared it wont work since i KNOW Walking works but i want to target belly and boobs etc

ОтветитьHi lovelies, I have started walking aug2023, eat my proteins and till date all I have lost is a pound, if I loose more in few days it comes right back, any carbs from lentils,legumes, retain water and then cycle continues. Any tips will be useful , I walk 10k(90 min) daily ❤

ОтветитьYes!!!! Increase Protein, Move more, Decrease sugars and carbs, Strength Training and go for walk in the morning (best Vit D) and after dinner (I go for a bike ride). I also fast for 14hrs and only eat during the other 10hrs!! Im a new woman at 50!!!
