An issue facing older women that no one seems to address is gray hair. No, we can't be what we are!! Men with gray get hired, get promoted -- no women. Hey, AARP. I wrote you about this!! How come no one wants to address this issue? Some of us are doing this to make a statement, others cannot color because of health issue. Yes, Virginia there is age and race discrimination in the workplace and no Santa Claus coming to bring change!!

ОтветитьI hated this! Terrible! Family is more important than career and I happen to love my career. Kids need time! You can have a wonderful part time career with a family and ultimately this is best for men and women if possible. I make food money working part time
ОтветитьWell its not like men have a friggin choice we get shafted in the uk, 2 weeks after a baby is born is all we are allowed, trust me if i could work less I would, I live for my kids, and most nights and weekends do clubs with them, its never enough time but we are all trapped in this world and must play by its rules.
