Hey Tom, I'm a big fan of your channel! Recently, I've been targeting Carp at Lake Mead and I'm pleased to report success. I tie up your hair rigs and 3-D print my own feeder cages - it's an enjoyable process and it's exciting to catch these fish. My personal record so far is an 18.2 pound Common Carp measuring 33 inches. Now, I have a question regarding my catch-and-release; the locals here suggest that I should dispose of the Common Carp by throwing them on the bank for the coyotes. What's up with this, protecting bass?

I use the same type of rod prop you do but I wanted to ask if you ever tried the coil rod pros and have the pole straight up in the air?

The new rods look to have a nice action Tom. Yeh, burying the hook bait in the feed is only good for method feeders which are weighted to land feed-side up, even then there's no guarantee it works, especially in shallow swims.

15 lb fish on a new rod nothing wrong with that. Kind of slow here went out today and caught 3 all between 7 and 8 lbs in 7 hours, catching is catching - thanks for the video

Our state requires all bait to be.connected to the hook. That's why some people tuck the hook into the pack bait. No chumming allowed either. Kind of sucks.
