One of my favorite dishes is "stuffed peppers" and it's a healthy recipe. fills the pepper with minced meat with rice and vegetables, seasoned. In a large pot Put the stuffed peppers in a pot where you put bay leaves and other meats (ribs for example) to have a good taste,And necessarily, I forgot, put tomato sauce in the pot. Then you put them in the oven a little longer. They can be served with sour cream, hot pepper and bread, but they are optional.

I like to replace lettuce with spinach because I read lettuce loses alot of nutrients on its way to the store and also absorbs alot if the exhaust from the truck.

Also spinach has protein and whatnot.
